Though our governments and women social welfare organisation claim that they have provided number of good opportunities for the women but in reality many times, women find it hard to get good jobs. There are still many fields where women representation is very less and still very much more is required to provide those right opportunities. There are number factors which are still against women getting good opportunities like orthodox thinking, government failures etc. Only future, holds the key for women empowerment and more scope for women in men’s world.
