Dowry is not a new thing in India society but the major problem associated with this custom is that it has become reason of torture of many women in the past. Even today cases of dowry related torture are much present in our society and many girls are becoming victim of these crimes. Every week three women die due to dowry related problems in Punjab. All these indicate towards a fight against these dowry seekers and making a society free from this evil.
