Easy access to various short courses and programs is really helping many women in the rural belts of India to start their own small enterprises. This is a major positive boost in the women empowerment in the rural level. The major advantage of all these programs is that rural women are becoming self independent and are now helping their family much better than before. Some women have even started small cooperatives with number of women working together. This is overall a good trend for rural India.
