Today, more and more women in India are coming out of their houses and working in different field. Moreover, on the yearly basis number of women working in different fields is also increasing. However, despite this increasing number of women in the work field, there are large numbers of women who suffer exploitation. Major reason behind this exploitation is that large number of women work in unorganised sectors and they also do not have proper knowledge about their job rights. Therefore, it becomes the duty of our government to provide a good working atmosphere to women in India.
