In 2009 Loksabha election, we will see power of women voters in a big way because in last five years condition of women have increased considerably across India. In number of Loksabha seats women can easily create big difference, therefore, many political parties are trying to attract these women voters. Mostly, women voters used to vote where they are told to vote, however, with increase in education levels of women, we can hope that they will make their own decisions. Women comprise almost 50% population of India, therefore, it is very important for women to show their power in elections. However, main problem in India is that women numbers of women representation in Loksabha are very small. It even becomes hard to find 50 women Loksabha MPs because very less numbers of political parties give tickets to women.
