Govt. Of India has really taken a right step by reserving 50% seats for women in Panchayats. Already, 33% reservation for women in Panchayats has provided great help in women empowerment. Therefore, we can hope that this increase with further increase numbers of women in leadership. Today, it is hard to find big women leaders because women are mostly not allowed to venture out of homes. 50% reservation will definitely help more numbers of women to get initial success. We can also hope that more numbers of women will now occupy leadership position in India. Women empowerment is very important for the success of any country because account of half population of country. We can also hope that Government will also pass 33% reservation bill for women in parliament soon.
