In India still many old rituals are present which put numbers of restrictions on women. Most of these restrictions are only present on women and these restrictions present lots of problems in front of women. After so many years of Independence, these issues are still present and many women suffer due to such old rituals. Many educated women are raising their voice against such old rituals; however, strong resistance is present in older generation which follow these rituals. With education and awareness, old people can be educated about these problems. Women empowerment across India can easily help in stopping such issues. Condition is increasing with some right approach of government; we can hope for more improvement in future.
