This is the issue, which is discussed again and again in India, but in actuality very less number of people is serious in giving any extra or more powers to women. Mostly it has become custom in our world to see women behind the doors of homes. Though today many women in India are going out for jobs or works but still for many of them it is a dream to get the real freedom and respect. Many things are boosted about the good and women supportive society, however in actuality very less productive for the welfare of the women is done. In simple worlds, we can saw that reason behind this entire phenomenon is deep rooted in our thinking which is very difficult to change. Second nationwide lack of unity between the women could be cause of non representation of their issues well in the higher world.
